ACOUSTIC

We have carefully designed the acoustics for the concert hall so it will maximize an orchestral or other musical performance; its stage can be adapted for theatre as well. The result is an acoustically true venue that does not need any sound system – instruments and voices carry to the very top row with amazing clarity.

PIANO

We use KAWAI RX-1 series piano in the Concert Hall. This great instrument was achieved through our partnership with Kawai Piano and it is available permanently as part as our facilities. However, we do require all of our clientele to put Kawai Piano logo on their collateral material if they use our piano on their event.

PROJECTOR EQUIPMENT

For 35mm films, USMAR ISMAIL HALL provides a Simplex projector, Model PR 2000, with its superior mechanism, engineered to the highest standards to continuously deliver excellent performance.

The Strong Highlight Xenon projector console is designed by Strong International for use in professional cinema presentations.

SOUND SYSTEM

USMAR ISMAIL HALL is installed with THX approved sound equipment and JBL three-way screen array speakers, all to provide maximum acoustic power output and optimum coverage. It has a QSC DCA power amplifier and a Dolby digital cinema system with surround EX.

We also provide sound system for speech purposes with 1.300Watt capacity and equipped with 2(two) standing microphones and 2 (two) wireless microphones.

PROJECTION SCREEN

The projection screen measures 5.5m x 13.5 m for maximum viewing effect. It is designed for all international screening events.

STAGE

Available stage measures 18m x 7,5m with an area of 112sqm; height is .8m. Moveable additional stages facility with length of 1,2m x 1,2m with 20cm height is also available so that it can be utilized for an orchestral performance, theatre or seminar.

CHANGING ROOM

There are four comfortable changing rooms (2 VIP and 2 general) which are specifically provided for artists, with direct access to the USMAR ISMAIL HALL stage.
